Interior alteration project with demolition and rework of the existing floor plate to meet new specifications. One quarter of the space had new open ceilings that can be seen in the reception area, boardroom, lounge, and the multi purpose rooms. The scope of work included the renovation of the elevator lobby finishes, a combination of polished concrete floors and carpet tile/LVT, rework and new communications infrastructure and extensive millwork throughout. For added flexibility, a new Corflex operable partition including steel requirements were also added to the space.
