Build out of new offices occupying two floors, consisting a structural staircase connecting the floors, lobbies, reception area, mix of private & open offices, large boardroom, copy stations, catering kitchen complete with appliances and lunchroom.
Specialty and luxurious finishes were installed throughout the space, including glass, wood and polished marble floors as well as sound masking. Scope consisted of Mechanical, Electrical, technology, structural layout for interferences and solutions. Coordination with KingSett IT. Obtained LEED Gold certification.
