New office, consisting of a single floor build out including reception and elevator lobby with specialty wood and glazing throughout. Scope included Electrical and ICAT components.
Pure Fitness
The project consisted of building an Athletic Facility approx. 30,063 SFT. The scope of work included building a full gym, swimming pool, hot yoga room, sauna, with locker rooms and washrooms. Project required structural steelwork, millwork, glazing, a mix of flooring re wood and carpet, new mechanical, sprinkler, electrical, security, with new doors/ frames throughout.
181 Bay Street Concourse Level Food Court Refresh
In order to refresh the food court in Brookfield Place, this project consisted of 3 phases to help minimize disruption in a densely populated and high traffic area. The work consisted of extensive tile work with detailed ceiling and cove work with specialty lighting throughout.
Place De Ville – Ottawa
Concourse remodeling for retail units at 112 Kent Street in Ottawa. The project consisted of new tile work throughout, including ramp & railing modifications, and a mix of ceiling treatments including open and wood slatted designs with a variety of specialty treatments and finishes.
