120 Adelaide Food Court

This was a complete makeover of an existing food court including demolition of not only architectural finishes, but rework and upgrade of sprinklers, HVAC, and electrical. The food court had to stay open during the day and the project was done in 3 phases to help minimize disruption but with a very aggressive schedule overall. The main feature of this project involved installing LED light panels on the ceiling with a “sky motif” to mimic cloud movement. Working along side the engineer, this required some redesign and modification as the panels were originally specified for a wall application. Bench seating and planter boxes were built with tile work on the columns and infrastructure for the TV’s.
