The Jesslin Group brought Britacan’s vision to life for these two sister model suites, one stylized in a dark motif and one in a light motif. Open ceilings in both spaces make the area feel modern and loft-like, and a mix of flooring treatments bring flow and subtle definition to the various work-and-relax areas. The bold colour palette in each office appeals to both contemporary and modern tastes alike, while the open concept workspaces help to keep sightlines clear and the space feeling airy and open. Confidentiality was achieved through enclosed, private offices that both allow light to flow and manage sound. The cafe and kitchen areas were done in a resi-mercial style, incorporating beautiful luminescent-like tile backsplashes, and can double as impromptu meeting space, effectively increasing the useable square footage.
