The project at 390 Chrysler was a revitalization project consisting of exterior and interior scopes of work that included exterior front Asphalt replacement (approx. 42,800 Sq. Ft., exterior concrete repairs (approx. 3,850 Sq. Ft), rooftop drain guards, a new dock leveller, curb repairs, exterior stair clean up and refinish, fencing and gate repairs, removal and disposal of the exterior platform, entrance door repairs, concrete joint repairs, power washing and landscape irrigation.
Insite the building, we completed building office repairs, millwork, painting, carpet, electrical and glazing.
