Northleaf Capital Partners head office in Toronto was developed as a high-performance workplace that balances focused work with collaboration spaces, while reflecting Northleaf’s premium brand. Delivered under budget and over the course of approximately 3.5 months, the +40,000 sqft space offers a mix of open work areas, enclosed focus rooms, and hospitality-inspired lounges. The construction featured high-end materials such as custom millwork, a beautiful interior staircase, stone, and acoustic elements, requiring precise coordination of trades, just-in-time delivery, and the highest level of quality control. The final environment enhances employee experience, supports hybrid work, and aligns with the firm’s global identity. The project has also been recognized within the design industry, having recently been awarded the Grand Prize for Interior Design by the Grands Prix Du Design (18th edition).
