OMERS 8th Floor

This corporate space was constructed in four phases to accommodate staff and maintain the current working environment. This included renovating the elevator lobby with a concierge style café bar and seating area. Upgrading a kitchen and eating area, grinding and polishing existing concrete floor areas to match new floor. A games area for staff. three private enclosed meeting booths, two boardrooms, a mail room, a galley style locker room area and lastly a glass retractable wall for added flexibility.
