Interior build out of floors 9-25, to co-locate entire OMERS team at one location. This included a structural staircase from executive floors 20-22. Elevator lobbies, M&E ceiling interferences, kitchen refresh areas, washrooms, large copy/print areas, large & small meeting rms, including separate telephone rooms and events floor.
Detailed coordination required with OMERS IT, and other trades working in the building. There were specialty acoustic products, partitions from Italy including high end finishes of interior build out.
Multi floor IT infrastructure of hub rooms security systems, systems furniture, AV and smart technology systems installation, roof top generator and associated structural. Obtained LEED Gold Certification.
