Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation took over the entire fourth floor of this building, or roughly 50,000 sqft. The JesslIn Group managed the Mechanical, Electrical, AV and Technology scope of the build out. The space has several unique features including a specialty moss wall in the reception area, a fitness area with shower room, movable walls allow for greater flexibility within the space, and a café area with a full kitchen and all appliances.
In addition to the more traditional large conference rooms, the space features shared offices, meeting rooms, a lab room, and washrooms. Throughout the project coordination was required with furniture vendor, UHN IT, and movers. Interruptions occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic, however with the schedule and protocol that was implemented there was no cost impact or delay to client.
