SixtyEight

SixtyEight

The build-out of Scotia Plaza’s SixtyEight involved converting the tower’s 68th floor into a 20,000-square-foot hospitality and event destination overlooking Toronto’s Financial District, with views to Lake Ontario. The project integrated a sophisticated 10,000-square-foot event venue with a 10,000-square-foot tenant amenity lounge, deluxe café-bar, and six meeting rooms equipped with integrated AV and conferencing systems. At the centre of the space, the Cirrus Ballroom was constructed to host up to 250 guests and required coordinated structural loading, top tier catering infrastructure, and advanced built-in presentation technology to support large corporate events, galas, and luxurious private functions. Executing the build at the top of a Class AAA office tower demanded precise logistics planning, vertical material transport, and detailed sequencing to deliver a refined, skyline-oriented venue for guests and tenants alike, high above downtown Toronto.
