The Tesla project is located at 95 Clegg Ave in Markham. It is a large industrial space and our construction work area is approximately 3800 sq. ft. The Jesslin Group’s scope of work included building washrooms, meeting rooms, and a staff cafeteria with commercial wash stations.
In the warehouse, we enlarged two of the existing roll up doors and installed new doors. We also completed important structural work cutting in to the precast concrete and installing a new 12ft x 15ft roll up door with a drive up ramp. Finishing includes millwork, plumbing fixtures, paint, tiles, carpet, and an epoxy floor finish.
