The project consisted of remodeling an industrial warehouse to receive printing presses and associated equipment: ink storage and distribution, humidified HVAC, Oxidizer, chilled water, gas and condensers. Scope of work included architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural modifications to suit design criteria and performance specifications of all production equipment. Existing roof structure modified for installation of required towers and support mechanical systems. Multi elevation concrete pad, 400’ x 40’, to accept components of printing press to meet a tolerance of 0.02%.
