U of T’s interior office space construction on new and existing raised floor in the heart of Toronto. The project required complete demolition and then a build out of 2 floors with all ICI build components.
This prestigious client required the space to include classrooms, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, seminar rooms and offices all with different requirements. In many spaces specialty acoustic products were installed, as well as complex network of structural steel to support moveable walls.
Kitchen and lounge areas required coordination with appliance vendors, AV vendor and University IT team. Graphics and signage brought the finished space to life.
The project lasted a total of 5.5 months due to COVID shutdown, however The Jesslin Group maintained the completion date requirements, with no additional financial impact to client.
