This was a Warehouse Clean Up and Make Good project, with overall improvements throughout, approximately 337,109 SqFt. The scope of work included demolition, removal of a mezzanine, new lighting and HVAC, floor grinding, epoxy and slab repairs, refresh of washrooms and offices, loading bay and roof repairs, interior and exterior painting.
